Manufacture powder coatings using Epoxy, Urethane, and some Acrylic as base
Responsibility:  Quality Control and Assurance
                        5 direct reports over 3 shifts
                        24/5 operation
                        Supv position is day shift
Experience:     5 years in quality, 2 yrs supervision
                        Degree not necessary, but equivalent experience is helpful
                        Associate degree in polymer related field is useful
Report to:        Plant Manager of Coatings facility
                        60 person operation
Salary:              $60-65,000 annual range
                        Annual Bonus:  5%, but currently is up to 10%

Houston, TX processor has an immediate opportunity for an extrusion operator.  We are seeking someone with experience in the extrusion of custom profiles with opportunities to advance with expected growth in business.  Refer to position #40.  9/7/07

Biofuels Sales Manager:  The position is based in the company’s head office in Houston, Texas and reports directly to the Global Product Leader, Fuels & Blendstocks, who based in the same location.   It is overall responsible for achieving sales volumes, at targeted profit levels, for the company’s Biodiesel and Renewable Fuels business in the Americas.

Salesperson wanted for Louisiana based PTFE processor.  This is an opportunity to generate new business in PTFE semi-finished and finished products.  Geographic area of responsibility will include Oklahoma, Texas, Louisiana, Alabama, and Mississippi.  At least 50% travel time is expected.  Ideal candidate will be familiar with PTFE applications and their end-users.  Interested persons should forward their resumes no later than Monday, August 14th. Marketing Specialist:  Polyolefins for our North American market
We are seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business, and at least eight years experience in the Polyolefins industry, with proven sales, marketing and technical leadership.  Other requirements are broad polyethylene experience in HDPE, LLDPE and LDPE resins and markets.  Refer to position # 23.

Independent Sales Representative
A leading manufacturer of polymer processing instrumentation located in New Jersey is in search of an Independent Sales Representative to join our growing Plastics Division team for the Southwest Region. Responsibilities include achieving sales objectives in assigned geographical area, pursuing sales leads to acquire new customers and continuing sales to stable customer base. Ideal Candidates will have prior knowledge of laboratory testing instrumentation designed for testing material quality and physical properties in regards to research, development, and industrial production for the Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Ceramics, Rubber, and Plastics Industry. Knowledge of extrusion, compounding and/or rheology would be beneficial. Manufacturer reps welcomed. Refer to position #22.

Sales Engineer / Project manager –
Responsible for cost estimates, job planning, and technical support for customers.  Position will interact with existing customers and new prospects and serve as a technical liaison to the customers and communication of necessary information to manufacturing operations.

Tool and die maker –
Injection molding company seeking tool and die maker to add to current department requirements.  Completed apprenticeship preferred.  Experience with milling and turning and all common tool making equipment.  Position will involve tool making, tool repair, creation of fixtures and other projects as assigned.   Refer to position #19; 5/23/06
 

Outside Sales

Plastic Injection Molded Parts (cases for power tools, gas tanks for lawn mowers, parts for appliances, etc)

Degree not required, but must have “recent” experience selling Injection Molded Parts.

Person will maintain current clients and develop new business.

Will be maintaining some clients in the local area, but will be open nation-wide in sales.

My client will interview immediately.

This is one of three facilities that a client of mine has just purchased a couple of weeks ago and asked me to fill a number of positions for them.

Location:           Would like to have someone live in S.E. Missouri where facility is located, but this is not required.

Salary/Commission pretty much open depending on experience, but compensation will be in the $85k to $100k range or more. Refer to position #18; 5/19/06

Degree strongly preferred and advanced degree would be nice but neither are required with the right track record.

This person must have proven track record managing a Plastic Injection Molding Facility with no exceptions.  Recent experience within the past couple of years.

Small facility with 100 hourly, 43 injection molding machines from 50 to 850 ton

 

Location:           South East Missouri

Salary:              Money is also very open.  $100K to $120K base plus bonus putting this position in the mid $100’s is where they want to be.

Technical Service - Entry (2)
Need to have a year or two of Industrial experience. A Chemist or ChE who has been working at a Plant site and wants to move to R&D Center would be ideal.  Jobs would be in The Woodlands.  Refer to position #15.  5/18/06

Customer Operations Representative

Lab Techs Testing Engineers
Well known plastics testing laboratory has two positions available for mechanical and
thermal testing of plastics and elastomers. The successful candidates will be
responsible for operating a myriad of Instron tensile testers as well as a wide variety of
other instruments using ASTM procedures. Lab scale extrusion and injection molding
are part of the job description including chemical resistance and accelerated weathering
testing. Minimum education required is 2 years of college. Salary dependent on
