Senior Process Engineer
– Seeking Senior processing engineer for injection molding.  Candidate should be extremely proficient with processing many engineering resins on simple to complex molds.  Position requires hands on technical leadership in processing and plant leadership in developing others in processing technology.  Position reports to the Director of Operations.  Refer to position #20. 1/6/2010

Laboratory Supervisor INEOS Olefins and Polymers Houston, Texas: 
The Lab Supervisor’s role is to provide supervision of ~ 15 staff and quality assurance for process control, product release, technical support and troubleshooting for the Battleground Manufacturing Complex. This includes management and improvement of the safety, quality, reliability, technical capabilities, efficiency and productivity of laboratory staff and operations. Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent, with a BS in Chemistry preferred.  Refer to position #18.

Senior Technical Service Engineer – Polyethylene Pipe:  We are seeking an individual with a strong technical background for a position in the technical service and product development of Monomodal and Bi-Modal HDPE Pipe resins; experience in pipe extrusion is a plus. This position is part of the Product Development and Technical Service Organization at INEOS O&P’s Battleground Manufacturing Complex.  Senior Technical Service Engineers are responsible for developing and managing a multitude of technical account relationships; they resolve a wide range of technical issues independently and usually at the customer under time constraints. Senior technical service professionals are expected to proactively develop account relationships and to be able to combine business acumen with customer needs and requirements to achieve business goals. Production Engineer With 15 years of industry experience, I have earned a reputation for getting results in whatever role I’ve worked.  I have technical, in-plant experience as a production engineer in a polyethylene manufacturing facility with a Fortune 500 company.  However, most of my professional career has been spent in sales and marketing with two Fortune 500 companies where I’ve developed the skill of building lasting relationships while exceeding business goals.  In my most recent role as a Market Development Manager, I grew the market segment by working directly with chemical plants and refineries (end users) to specify our materials while pulling the sale through our OEMs.  This proved to be a challenging and rewarding role for me, which I feel makes me a well-rounded salesperson.  My professional experience is backed by a strong educational foundation, having earned a dual BS degree in Mathematics and Chemical Engineering and also an MBA in Management.
